List email preferences via a signed email token

Public endpoint backing the token-bound email-preferences page linked from an email footer. The HMAC-signed token (the same one used by the unsubscribe endpoint) carries accountId, workspaceId, and userId; the page reads account/workspace/user from it and lists all topics. No login required.
